I’m sure our build was probably the most frustrating they have ever experienced. We bought a lot that was part of a utilities expansion project meaning we had to wait for city water and sewer to be installed in our neighborhood. They would have had the house completed in 6-8 months(which is incredibly fast in Florida)but it stretched out to 15 months because of the utilities.At times we directed our frustrations at them for this and we sincerely apologize as they were at the mercy of the expansion timeline.
