Friendly, efficient, reliable and honest. I find it difficult to believe some of the low rated review. Shaun & the guys were excellent in my experience. I dropped my pump in to get an idea if it was worth fixing (it was noisy, low pump flow and leaking). I figured it was stuffed. I dropped it in and it was a very reasonable $55 for a quote. I got a call within a few hours to say it was very fixable and only a few hundred bucks. Thanks so much to the boys at Complete Pump Repairs. I was previously told by another pool shop that my chlorinator had died and I needed to purchase a new one for around $2000. I took Chlorinator into Complete Pump who told me all that was required was to change the cell for about a third the price. Chlorinator is working great and thankfully there are still some honest people around. I will be going back to Complete Pump for all my future pool issues.
This shop is in cahoots with pool cleaning and maintenance companies, out to cheat the pool owner. I experienced first hand how they mislead the customer into thinking how their existing equipment is useless. Stay away from this supplier and take your business elsewhere. I'm thinking of reporting this company.
