We have done 4 projects with Phil and his team now over the last 6 years. Construction and renovations can be messy, but it is nice to know that CPS will work through all of the issues in a fair and equitable way with you, proving a great final end product.
The whole team was super easy to work with. Coalton and Nicole were especially helpful in the process of getting everything squared away. One of the best property management I've ever come across.
