After installing generator Michael never had final inspection done. A year later we asked him multiple times (over 5 week period of time) to close the permit. He had no intentions of doing so. He provided a notarized fraudulent document to us when we sold our house to bring to our closing. Not acceptable for a closing. I had to go to Lake county, pay to transfer permit, get the final inspection done to close the permit myself. Lake county informed me he is not licensed to work in that county. Absolute SCAM of a company. We paid a Fortune for a very large Generator and after they hooked it up, we found out that they only connected approximately half of our house. We had to pay an independent electrical contractor to come out and diagnose their install, which was completely done WRONG. It took us months and months and threatening to get an attorney and file a lawsuit to get them to finally come back out and finish the work. They installed a whole house generator for my 90 year old mother recently and were very prompt and attentive at getting the job done. The thing that was most impressive to me was their response when we found that there was an issue with one part of the installation. They did not make excuses, but took responsibility and very quickly came out to resolve the problem for my mom. Very courteous and professional. Very refreshing in today's culture where it seems so many businesses forget what customer service means.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were very dishonest in fulfilling the time frame when generator would be installed. It was supposed to have been 3-4 months and it was a year before everything was installed correctly. My husband passed away during the time we were waiting and after that it was like they continued to tell me different things such as they were waiting for permit because it had expired but I called and talked with the city and was told all they had to do was pay $25 and they could get permit r... read more
I am a bit late posting this review but I could not let the excellent service I received from Efrain go unnoticed. Efrain was by far the most professional, detailed and experienced technician that has ever came to provide a service in my home. He definitely represented Complete Power Resources well.
