I am a bit late posting this review but I could not let the excellent service I received from Efrain go unnoticed. Efrain was by far the most professional, detailed and experienced technician that has ever came to provide a service in my home. He definitely represented Complete Power Resources well.
No repair service after sale. I bought my Generac whole home generator from this company and kept it on their maintenance plan. When the unit failed in July they made me pay $1500 in advance for service. To this date they still have not completed repairs. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO FOLLOWUP REQUESTS. I opened a Better Business Bureau complaint and CPR will not respond to them either. CPR WILL TAKE NEW BUSINESS BUT ARENT EQUIPPED TO REPAIR THE EQUIPMENT. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Worst company ever. Actually beats Comcast and Dell in lousiness. Everything RC says in his review is correct. After charging $1000.00 for a once a year routine “check” on it, they forget to put the oil cap back on it. So after a day and a half after the hurricane the generator spurts oil all over the place and of course shuts off. So had to throw out $150 of groceries because their technician let the cap off a year ago. (And of course then went through another four days with NO power.). Response to their response: Yes, indeed they did leave the oil cap off on the last service to the home I purchased. The seller had a contract with CPR. They did not refer me to any other company. I called another company as they could not come out during the power outage. I spoke to Stacy to see if the company would at least offer me a discounted contract considering the expenses I incurred due to their rep’s negligence. I received no response after many weeks.
