Very disappointed with this company! Complete Poolworks serviced my Dad's pool and when he passed away they said they would continue to take care of it for me. I live out of state and not able to keep a close eye on it and trusted this company. I sent payment and check was cashed when they claimed they didn't get it. They just stopped coming, no communication and cost me a lot of extra money to get the pool back in good shape. It was very upsetting when our realtor sent us this picture of the pool. Do NOT recommend!
It started off good. November didn't show up for 2 weeks. January stop coming with no notice.Wouldn't answer the phone and I have a business. I had to find someone fast. He called after4 weeks later to say he sent a notice and but I didn't not receive anything. He could still answer my call and text. I paid up until end ofJanuary. And didn't get the rest of my service.
Complete pool works inc. Is by far the best pool company I have ever used! I am the owner of a hotel and they had both pools up and going in no time!! Jeff was very knowledgeable about everything! I definitely will be Having him come back on a monthly basis! Thanks Jeff see you again real soon! -Jimmy Brown
