Rob is great! I went through several pool companies, and suffered some damage to equipment, before Rob came onboard. Very happy with the service and integrity. I really don't have to worry about the pool. I know he's doing the job as expected and to the best of his ability. That's saying a lot when it comes to pool companies.
I absolutely hit the jackpot while looking for a company to help with our pool problem! Rob was extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced! From the first conversation he knew exactly what our pool problem was (phosphates). Rob showed up when he said he would, fixed our problem and took all the time necessary to educate my husband and I. We would highly recommend complete pool plus for any and all of your pool/spa needs. Thanks Rob!
Rob at Complete Pools Plus is the best. His main interest is keeping our pool 100% for our safety. He vacuums our pool every week, something we had to beg our pervious pool company to do and it would have never gotten done unless we asked them to do so. Rob was here everyday for a week after hurricane Ian getting our pool back to perfect. Thank you, Rob and Lisa for the great service. Herb & Pat
