The owner is very friendly and helpful
Owner is a complete sham. On first impression, he said a lot of bad things about previous owners of the home and of other customers he helps. He then overcharged and took full advantage of my family for being new to pool ownership. He takes his good ole time "fixing and cleaning" pools so he can rack of his bills. My husband and I ended up having to do our own research and REDO everything he did for us to get our pool opened after 3 weeks of him doing nothing.
