I read all the crappy reviews and thought they were older and maybe things had changed. Booked over a month in advance to help with pool opening. Husband took the whole day off work waiting for them to show up. They called at 1:30 in the afternoon to see if we still needed them to come and I said yes. Never showed up and never called again. It has been over a week and half since then. Words of advice - choose a different company. Customer service does not seem to be their main priority.
Complete Pool Service installed our pool about ten years ago and we were very happy with them and their service. Three years ago we requested to have the liner replaced as it had many wrinkles and was old. They told us no problem. Well that year passed without a new liner as they were busy and just could not seem to fit us in. OK, no problem can we be scheduled for opening season next year. Yes, not a problem.
