Who even are these people?? We had an issue on Monday and gave a few companies a call around us. A company called (not this one) promptly the next day and we had our pool issue resolved. Four days from that, this company called and never left a message, and the proceeded to call every few minutes, again without leaving a message. We finally answered once we figured it MAY be a pool company, and let them know that we had it resolved and no need to call multiple times in a row. Especially the hang up and call back strategy. I cannot give CPR high enough marks. My pump went out the evening before house guests were to arrive. Marcel the owner personally came out in the middle of the night and evaluated the issue. By 6pm the next day the new pump motor and all the ancillary parts were in and working beautifully. This was done at a fair and very competitive price that fit my budget.
