Complete ponds came to our rescue when our koi pond pump suddenly died. They had everything in stock.
Did a wonderful job on the waterfall in our back yard. It only took a few days to complete. Employees very friendly and professional
Wonderful wonderful store. So helpful when we were learning. We have also used their pond squad to clean our pond and extend our waterfall.
We buy all of our pond and fish needs here, the owners are great and friendly, and the location is convenient. We also have them service our pond and they always are able to squeeze us in when we have an issue with something.
I love this store - I had started to build a pond using supplies I found at the big home stores, but ran into all kinds of problems. Once I entered Complete Ponds and saw their demo set up, and spoke to the sales person, I understood how to successfully build my pond the way I wanted it. I got all my equipment there in a nice package taylored to the size I needed. My small pond has been a great success, and I get compliments from all who visit. (And I don't leak gallons of water every day...)
