My home warranty company assigned CPS took over a week to get work done and was not done correctly, they blow the main circuit to my house Said I have to get an electrician to fix it. Electrician said plumbing people cut the wire when connecting new water heater.

CPS was assigned to me by my home warranty. They son of the owner showed up to do the initial inspection and I wrote the $100 check that is required by the home warranty. He said that he would call me the next morning and that was the last I heard from him. I can't get a return call nor can I reach anyone with their company. This has every indication of a scam.

Run!!!!!! They will try to scam you!!!!! I paid 100 via cash app to cover the home warranty deductible and after he left he called back an hour later asking to send another 100.00 cash app because it hadn’t gone through. I immediately called my bank and they advised that it was a scam and not to resend the money as the one cash app of 100.00 was pending to withdraw from my account.
