Update 08/13/2023: The pilot light of my water tank went out so I called the company that installed it which is Complete Plumbing and Rooter. Jovan answering my calls and explained what steps I should do since my water tank is still under warranty, true to his instructions, I contacted the manufacturer's company, after some questions and answers, they told me to go Ferguson to get the parts and have the plumber to install it. Jovan, Art, and his team are experts in their field of expertise. They even schooled me on the updated plumbing restrictions to better understand the situation. After multiple calls and services, I'm glad I chose these guys. They were understanding, empathetic, and 100% genuine.
