Saw the Complete Plumbing & Drain truck parked in the street and ran next door to catch him before he left. It wasn't an emergency, but I just needed help replacing an external faucet. Jon B. was friendly and offered to take a look since he just finished at the neighbor's house. He told me what needed to be done and showed me the correct faucet needed from his truck.
