I went to Helena for my tennis elbow and she explained it would take several appointments to get better. I signed up for treatment and it had made a full recovery. I could not be happier with my results. She is so knowledgeable in the body and how it works. I look forward to working with her on other body parts that can use her knowledge and skills.

I highly recommend complete physique! I have been going there since June and have been receiving the cryo facials and I really do notice the difference in my appearance, much more youthful appearance! Helena and Jocelyn are great and I really enjoy getting my treatments and being able to see them!!
