The staff at complete pet care are negligent at best and possibly abusive. I have left Nandor with them for boarding on 2 occasions for a total of 10 nights, and he has returned home with an injury on BOTH occasions. The first time we went I noticed an injury as soon as we brought him home and immediately contacted the vets office. We were told that this injury was never even noticed while he was there despite the fact that he was supposed to be groomed while there as well. I would not recommend the grooming at this location. I took my dog to be groomed. They increased the fee without my permission because he had some matting. They should have talked to me about an increased fee first. Buyer beware.
Appointment today for rabies shots and nail trimmings for my two dogs. They asked me about a bordatella shot for them and I declined since I am not traveling for a year and neither are the dogs. I also asked that they wear a mask when they come to my car, I am a disabled Navy veteran with lupus and other medical problems from serving in the gulf. Absolutely recommend. Vets and staff are all informative, caring and supportive no matter a well exam or serious issue.
What a great place to have your pet cared for. Independently owned with all of services of big place. Grooming by licensed professionals who understand what your pet needs.
Today was our first visit with Dr. Thames. He was amazing with our two babies! So patient, understanding and very thorough. The other staff were just as friendly and caring! ❤
