Great customer service from this Company. Highly recommended
Experienced and friendly staff that were very helpful and honest. They did what was required and no attempt to up sell treatments that were not required. Very satisfied.
I had a friendly young man come out and do an inspection of our property. I subsequently was told it would cost $1800 to do termite treatment with a 5 year warranty. Another well rated company quoted me $1540 with an 8 year warranty. Unfortunately, just for people to come out and do an inspection, there is a charge of anywhere from $180 upwards, so it is not worth shopping around as I did.
Fantastic customer service, happily answered all of my questions over the phone. Professional, efficient and thoughtful, I highly recommend and will continue using the team in the future.
Awesome service - as usual. From the admin staff making and confirming my booking to the technician coming out to my house. Both always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Can't fault the service or staff. I will continue to recommend to anyone that is looking for someone to take care of their pest needs. Thanks guys. See you again next season.
