Complete payroll has the best customer service you could ever ask for. I have dealt with several other companies and none of them even come close to complete payroll. This is the company you want handling your payroll. Jennifer Smith has been our payroll rep for several years and she is the best, she has been so helpful, responds to emails within minutes, and answers and explains every question I have. I highly recommend using Complete Payroll for your business, small to large. Anthony Lodato is a knowledgeable, motivated account manager and one of the things I love about their business model is that when you set up your payroll account the account manager you work with through sales and implementation is the same person that manages your account for ongoing support. A real business relationship. You don't see service like that often these days.

I have had such a great experience with Complete Payroll. From the sales process, through the setup, everything has gone smoothly, and Complete Payroll has delivered on all of their promises. Every employee at Complete Payroll I have interacted with has been pleasant, knowledgeable and flexible.
