Nick provided a quote to paint the exterior of my home. He was professional and nice. I signed the quote and we agreed on an estimated start date 5 weeks later depending on the weather. Due to projected rain that week it got pushed out further. That's where things fell apart. He refused to start my job unless there was 5 straight days of no rain predicted.
