This company is a quick talking and sells you what they claim is a better machine than it actually is. Beware, if you don't speak Spanish you are in trouble. I called to have service done again over the same type of problems. They said since it had been 5 months it no longer applied. So now they don't even want to service the machine. The girl spoke with such a heavy accent she was almost impossible to understand and when i asked to speak to a supervisor because they cancelled without any notice to me, she hung up. The worst company to rent your photocopiers, terrible service, do not fall for their programs because once you sign they do not show their face to solve your problems and they remove all responsibility. WORST COMPANY EVER!!
