They cancelled my appt twice. Second was with no notice due to booking errors. I even called earlier in the day to confirm my appt. All was fine in the morning. Poorly managed, I don’t recommend at all.
The therapist that I was connected with at CNS was incredible. They were helpful, responsive, and compassionate. From my experience where things break down are with respect to billing. Keep accurate documentation of what has been paid, because there will be discrepancies that you will have to assume responsibility for reconciling. My son was diagnosed with Autism in earl 2023 by Dr. Erin Mark- after a long meeting with and testing up in Brighton. I have been requesting some in writing since June of 2023. After morn than 10 email and phone conversations I continue to get the run around and still have not received what I have requested. Poor communication. Had a brief discussion on the phone and was supposed to receive a call back for appointment availability. My doctor sent in the referral later that week and was still never contacted back.
I don’t know if I’m “qualified” to review this practice. I’ll share my experience because first impressions mean a lot to me as a patient considering a new practitioner. I have worked with many parents along the way needing nuero-assessment services, either for themselves or their kids (or both).
