Very professional. Very caring
We sought neuropsychological evaluation for multiple family members and came away with serious concerns about the quality and integrity of the process. The testing environment was not adequately controlled. Noise from other areas of the facility was disruptive during testing, and when this was raised with staff, no accommodations were offered or made. I made an appointment with Complete Neuropsychology PC because I experience symptoms of a mental health condition (prefer not to disclose), and wanted to seek clarity about the symptoms from a licensed neuropsychologist. I met with so-called "psychologist" Taylor Perlman about those symptoms, described those symptoms to the best of my ability, and completed a series of tests. This place sucks, if you want to get yourself or family members evaluated, please don’t go there. They will not help, misdiagnose or basically saying you are not telling the truth. Even after your score say otherwise, happened to my cousin. Who is now getting a second option from somewhere else. Please do not go here if you truly want to the help. Which the had an option to give a negative star because that’s what it deserves. Dr. S Malagagold.-unprofessional and lack empathy.
