Horrible experience. Staff doesn’t know anything . The manager is rude and seems totally lost when it comes to company policy and procedures. All staff that answers the phone have thick accents. Tried to make an appointment to have my child evaluated and I was put on hold over and over again because they couldn’t answer a single question when I asked for a manger I was told she was the manager . Just very unprofessional
I would like to thank Dr. Cardone, and Dr. Perlman, for all they have done for me at Complete Neuropsychology PC. I came in for an evaluation, specifically for testing accommodations due to years of mental diagnoses being a cultural stigma within my family. They listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, empathized with my situation, and truly helped me in their advocation on my behalf. I have zero complaints with the services provided by both Dr. Taylor Perlman, and Dr. Michelle Cardone.
My experience with this place was extremely disappointing. I sought out a psychological evaluation and report for a law enforcement job and provided very specific instructions regarding what was needed in the report. When I finally received it, it lacked sufficient detail and felt rushed and incomplete. Communication throughout the entire process was terrible. Very professional. Very caring
We sought neuropsychological evaluation for multiple family members and came away with serious concerns about the quality and integrity of the process. The testing environment was not adequately controlled. Noise from other areas of the facility was disruptive during testing, and when this was raised with staff, no accommodations were offered or made.
