They unfortunately don’t answer phone calls or messages. I’ve been trying to have a prescription resent for over one week from a 4/16/2026 visit and no one has gotten back to me. I will be reaching out to my health insurance and bank.

Tried calling to make an appointment for my grandma and from the start the person who picked up the phone was just rude, he kept sighing and he had attitude. I couldn't properly hear him cause he was cutting out over the phone and he would just sigh and get annoyed cause of that, you could easily hear it. Definitely won't be taking my grandma there, terrible first impression.

CNC and dr patel treated me 5 yrs ago when I had a brain stem hemorrhage.I feel most comfortable there bc I was raised in that part of passaic dr Patel is a well rounded,grounded knowledgeable "person" . Both Medically and Worldly.He applys a very natural ,knowledgable straight forward approach .You are always comfortable and confident that you are getting the best care and personalized attention. I came here for my constant recoccuring headache and neck pain , and it was a really great experience. Doctor Patel was kind, well-spoken, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The staff were also helpful in calling my insurance for approvals for botox for migranes and nexk pinched nerve which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
