"EXCELLENT OFFICE! Have to say, am really impressed with this place. Very clean office, staff is extremely polite & professional, especially the front desk ladies Nancy & Chersy! Doctor is excellent, no complaints!!!"
Nancy The doctor and office staff are super helpful and kind, especially nancy in the Passaic office and Doctor Patel. Nancy is extremely kind and considerate to all patients, and she has great customer service.
I'm writing this review with the hope that I'll be able to change the rating to 5-stars in the future, if this issue can be resolved. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Kishan Patel and I'm confident he is a skilled neurologist, but I can't overlook how difficult it's been to work with his front desk staff and get a simple confirmation regarding my health. Unfortunately the only way I can think of getting my voice heard is to leave this 1-star review, and if that doesn't help then I hope this serves as a warning to others cons... read more
