La atención es pésima después de 3 meses el día de la cita la secretaria dice que no me puede atender el niño por qué el seguro no es válido para ellos en vez de decirlo el mismo día que hice la cita y aparte de eso hablando con tonos fuertes
What terrible care in this medical practice, I took the day off to take my dad to the doctor, he had an appointment at 1:30 pm for a stroke he had, I arrived at 1:20 pm and the girl at the front desk told me at 3:00 pm that he had an appointment at 1:15 pm and that the doctor said he couldn't see him after they saw all the patients who arrived after us, if I could give them 0 stars I would and the women at the front desk were very rude
Hard to get a hold of front desk to schedule a follow up after doing tests. When I finally reached them im placed on hold for more than a half hour.
The doctor was really helpful and the waiting time was short. Their answering service is the best. The woman working at the front desk is the greatest. She's very kind and delighted to help. I definitely had a positive experience with this place and 100% recommend. I've been going here for 5 years, and the doctor always makes sure to order any tests I may need and recommend lifestyle changes that can help with my conditions
Hi my name is MJ. This office saved my life since about 2018 doctor Patel and his staff are awesome. The only reason the doctor has to reschedule a few times lately was because he was out sick which is human and normal and Nancy has always been very nice and great and super accomodating. I found that I had 5 severe herniated discs and nerve damage etc and this office basically has been guiding me since 2018 in addition to me being a personal trainer that helped my injuries.
