I’m only leaving a review because of how pleased I was with front staff girl named Nancy. Unfortunately doctor was unable to see me but Nancy went above and beyond to help me reschedule a visit for same week! She was so sweet and showed empathy towards my situation. She left a huge mark on me because you rarely see kind of care with front desk employees and I’m glad she was there to help me when I went in. Looking forward to seeing Nancy again and hopefully I’m able to complete my visit with the doctor next time!
Worst front desk staff I’ve ever dealt with. First, I will say Dr. Patel is wonderful! He listened and has great bedside manner. My issue is with the front desk women who have been terrible. Particularly, Nancy. First, she lied about the availability for a follow up appointment. ( Doctor ordered and EEG and MRI) and told me that the doctor couldn’t see me until December… but I heard her earlier talking to another patient and she offered a much sooner appointment date. Today she left me a voicemail saying that my new RX was b... read more

I had such a great experience thanks to Nancy at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a positive attitude and made me feel immediately welcome. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient and kind while answering all of my questions. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and even followed up to make sure I had what I needed. I want to be honest and transparent in my review. I visited this place for the first time because I’ve been having headaches and neck pain, I called and make an appointment for 3 weeks because apparently Dr. Patel’s schedule is very busy They take Horizon Insurance so I didn’t have any much trouble the day of my appointment, I saw the Dr. and sent me to do some test which I did the same day, Dr Patel is very kind and helped me to find the solution for my pain, Staff is also very helpful and they explained everything I had to... read more
