The front desk associate had a very unprofessional attitude and lacked basic customer care. She was wearing headphones and having a conversation with a someone instead of paying attention to customers. When I asked a question, she responded with attitude rather than being helpful or respectful. Customer service and professionalism definitely need improvement.

ATHORO7GH HELPER AND DIAGNOSTICIAN ELPING RELIEVE MY PAIN AMD KNOWLEDEALE IN MY NEEDS AJD TESTS REWUIRED TO.GET THE ANSWERS TO.MY PROBLEMS!! I WOULD HIFHLY RECCOMMEND DR. CASCELLA AMD HER Y TEAM TO ANYONE STRIGGLING WITH ISSUES WITH PAIN CRPS AND NEUROPATHY!!!! EXCELLENT TEAM CARE OF ME!!!
