They haven’t told me before the visit that they stopped taking insurance. Even at check-in , they didn’t tell anything. Only after the visit, When we were leaving they told us to pay for the visit and they stopped taking insurance. They should have told us before that they stopped taking insurance. This should have been communicated before so patient can decide whether to proceed. Patient deserves clear communication upfront, not surprise charges after the visit.
I’m blessed the doctor sent me for an MRA, there was an incidental find. However I got the results before my doctor did so when I called to talk to Dr C to see if my results needed emergency services, the front desk female was so NASTY, no miscommunication she understood my need she was just disgustingly nasty with her responses and not compassionate or trying to help at all. Doctors team is very professional & gentle. Need to change front desk staff. Fort desk girl didn’t send out my complete documents to insurance for 3 weeks. Finally I have to come in office to get it done by telling doctor. No politeness & bad attitude.
