Doctors team is very professional & gentle. Need to change front desk staff. Fort desk girl didn’t send out my complete documents to insurance for 3 weeks. Finally I have to come in office to get it done by telling doctor. No politeness & bad attitude.
I went for an initial evaluation, and I was told to get 2 MRIS, which I took care of immediately, and now that I took the time out of my schedule to get it done. I have to wait a month and a 1/2 to sit down with the doctor in the meantime, my condition has not improved. This was not the attention I thought I would receive
