I would have given them a 5 for a good job detailing our 2 vehicles but they left with our keys to the vehicle that is blocking our shop entrance instead of moving it back to the parking spot where they took it from. They did not seem to be very concerned about returning them quickly. We couldn't get someone in their office to help and the guys who had the keys said they couldn't come back for another 2 hours.
