I was in Rochester for a wrestling tournament and my truck went down the last day I was in town, which was a Sunday. Called my insurance company and Complete Mobile Auto Repair was dispatched for a jump, which became a tow due to the electrical system being overcharged by a few jump attempts (manufacturer and system related - not any action of mine or CMAR's). Cody came out on a Saturday to assist me on a flat tire. 100% would recommend bringing your vehicles to them.
We can't say enough about Cody and the service gave us. I went out to my truck this morning and found that it had a flat tire. I needed to get to work so I took my wife's car. We called our roadside assistance and sent another provider to help change the tire. They worked for anout 20 minutes to figure out how to get the spare to drop. That guy couldn't figure it out and said we would have to call and get a new service request for a tow. Their dispatcher was full of excuses as to why he could do it.
