I don't know what happened to this business but it isn't good. A year ago in June, 2023, Greg replaced a window regulator which failed prior to June, 2024. During the mobile visit he was pleasant and business like. Now that the regulator has failed, getting a hold of Complete Glass or Greg himself has been a nightmare! It took MANY tries to get through, and finally someone was helpful enough to look up my information and order a new regulator. He said it would arrive on Wednesday, May 29th.
