Leigh is the most amazing nurse that I’ve had the pleasure to know. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help me with any questions or concerns in a very timely fashion. I love the way she makes me feel so comfortable to come to the office for all my medical needs. She’s friendly and supportive. Thank you Leah for making me feel like a family member and not just a patient.

I'm not from Alabama and I moved to Florence in December 2023. I don't especially like going to new medical facilities as one never knows what to expect. I just called the office to make an appt because I just had a large hiatel hernia removed and my stomach, esophagus, and diaphragm rebuilt and it's been 4 days since the surgery and I have massive swelling in legs ankles and feet to where I can barely walk ..the appointment setter informed me there wad no appt til Monday so I asked to speak to micah montgomery nurse to see if there was anything I could do to get the swelling go down like get some water pills or any home remedy . I really liked my provider but decided to stop going to this practice for several reasons: 1. They told me multiple times if I ran out of my medication before my next appointment, all I had to do was call and ask for a refill. Well, I did that and had to leave a message because you can't actually speak to a nurse. I never heard back and that caused me to run out of my medication which could have had a dangerous or deadly impact to my health. 2.
