I started talking to Capt. Mark Beloyan back in August with intentions to sell our boat. I explained to him that we had to have work done on the boat and would not be able to sell it in good faith until it was completed. I purchased a used 20-foot Hurricane deck boat from Complete and had it bottom-painted by their service department. Everyone was professional and friendly throughout the process. The saleswoman Shannon K responded to all my calls and messages promptly, kept her appointments, made arrangements with other staff to help me when she was not around, and did not hide any costs.
