Called to find out the hours the day before, and told the lady on the phone that I would come in the afternoon after her lunch break the following day. So I went there and find a note on the door stating closed for the afternoon due to off site testing. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED THE DAY BEFORE ON THE PHONE!!! RecommendedEasiest drug test I’ve ever taken. In and out and the place was so nice and the clerk was really nice too!
I have to take a drug test for my job and I’ve been up there twice during normal business hours and the doors are locked nobody was there and nobody answered the phones. This place sucks big time.!!!!!
Either it is terrible management or terrible employees or both. Either way for two days these people have kept their doors locked during staff hours at times I am available to be screened. It is not as though there is no business. As I sit here there have been at least 2 people come and go within 10 minutes.
I came to this page to find out where to complain about the unprofessional employee I met today, but since the website isn't even completed I'm pretty sure no one cares. I waited two hours for someone to even show up to do my drug screen. As an added bonus, she half-assed her job and rolled her eyes at me. I will definitely relay my experience to my employer so that they can find another company to perform their drug screens.
