Dr Klein is manipulative and seems to have a bit of a God complex. Which is honestly unhelpful when dealing with a complicated medical history. He’s great as long as you cater to his ego … but if there’s ever an issue, you will most likely be medically gaslit and dumped as a patient . Save yourself the headache.
Super disappointed I’ve been going here for 3 years. My PA left so I had to choose another. I went in for a physical no reminder text, no referrals, which I was supposed to get 2. I had a follow up appointment I said you will text me right? No text for appointment or reminder and no phone call saying if hey you missed your appointment just a letter over a month later. Not even a call from my new PA.
Worst experience. I won't be going back to this clinic. Michele Kitchen, made me feel unimportant, unheard and uncared for. I left her office crying. Never again. Please tell there is better care out there??
This office is clean and peaceful. The staff are friendly and compassionate . For someone who used to be “white coat stressed “. I don’t feel that at Complete Care . Thank you for a safe place to get care .
I really like this place. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend Brennan Ullom for a primary care provider!
