Terrible experience with Makaela! I made an appointment on August 21 to see if I can get a better rate for my home and car insurance. After contacting her twice between then and October 15 I was told that people were sick and out of the office and someone left and they had to hire someone new. In my opinion just excuses. Finally on October 15 after contacting her again, she said she was unsuccessful in getting a better quote. I just wonder how much longer I would’ve had to wait if I didn’t contact her.
