The phone is answered by a previous employee of theirs who opened his own company as Complete Insurance LLC. When I called the number today he incorrectly answered the call using the old company's name. He has been sending us information about our CIA policy that is inaccurate and not truthful. We terminated our relationship with this individual due to honesty concerns.
