Jack from Complete HVAC was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with my AC unit quickly, explaining the problems, and showing me the bad parts and the replacement cost of each before moving forward. I would highly recommend Jack and this company.
The technicians from Complete HVAC Company have cleaned our AC compressor and maintained our system for the previous two years. I can't say enough good things about them! We had an emergency the first time we used them, and they were able to come the next morning after we contacted. Jeff came to handle our maintenance today, and he was very competent and helpful, and we are satisfied with the service. Their messaging platform, as well as their online billing, are both excellent. 5/5 stars!!

Jack came out and gave me an estimate on sinking heat pumps that were not properly installed when the home was new. He asked to check the handlers just to make sure those were good and low and behold there were issues there as well. Not sure how much longer we could have gone without a major accident. Tom came and did the work on the units and leveled the ground, added blocks to assist in sinking, and put in new pads. Installed the safety switches in the coulis and performed PM service.
