Started service with this company at my previous residence. When I relocated, I requested cancellation, but they never actually processed it. As a result, I was double-charged for service at both my old and new addresses for an entire year without realizing it. When I discovered the error and contacted them, resolving it was a frustrating, drawn-out process. Warning: This company is running a scam. For almost two years, they’ve continued charging my bank account for services they are no longer providing to my home. We followed their cancellation policy exactly — called in, were told cancellations must be done by mail, so we mailed the required letter. To prevent unauthorized charges, we even worked with our bank to block further withdrawals. Do not use there service or system . After it starts breaking down they will try and sale you into a new contract and equipment.. go else where. Very disappointed
