Response times are poor. Many phone calls with no live employee to answer, making the process much more time consuming than necessary. Customer available 3 days out of a 5 day work week and receptionist was unresponsive to working out a scheduled time, giving a Tuesday as THE only option, which is more understandable in a busy season, however we are heading into Spring therefore not their busy season per an employee. Cody from Complete Home Concepts cleaned and repaired our 25 year old gas fireplace. I HIGHLY recommend CHC for fireplace needs. Cody was fantastic. Give him a raise!
We scheduled a service call as our gas fire place malfunctioned and it sounded like an M80 went off in our house. They were able to schedule our service within 2 weeks and David showed up on time and was excellent. He was very informative and cleaned up after he was finished. I will be booking an annual service with CHC.
