I have bought multiple hitches at complete hitch. all transactions were excellent and the installs were done expertly. I am not sure what these 1 star reviewers are doing, but they must be ignorant of dumb.
Had a brake control unit installed on my SUV. They had what I needed and got me in and out within an hour. I set up an appointment and they were right on time. Thanks
Terrible customer service. I believe I talked to the owner. I went in to buy a product and he sold his last one. He said he had a used one. I asked how much. He wanted 30.00 when I showed him they wee 22.34 new. I said no thanks they are 22.34 new. He said so. Can't believe they would turn a customer away over a used product and I would have paid 20.00 for it. Guess we will take our business elsewhere.
