I’ve hired Brandon to do all new furnaces, ac, mini splits and plumbing. It has been so unprofessional to say the least. Doesn't answer his phone, e-mail text. Never was done on time and honestly he says he’s a plumber but there is absolutely no way you should have them do plumbing let alone heating and cooling. The experience has gone so bad I’ve gotten the Samsung rep involved and Brandon doesn’t even reply to his own rep.
