I called Chris and he was very professional right from the outset. He assessed the job and advised the best boiler for our budget. He set a date and arrived on the date. He came bright and early with a team to coordinate it to complete in my case within a day. If I'd have had radiators maybe it would have been another day. I'm not sure.
