Jessica did a phenomenal job repairing my hearing aid and getting us taken care of. She has the best customer service ever!!
They immediately dismissed my 7 year old as "faking" hearing loss after using one test that if you research isnt even 100 percent accurate for determining all types of hearing loss. Teachers and parents experience mean nothing. They pushed us out the door with nothing more than maybe you can see a different colleague.
Great service, strictly medical, no pressure to buy products.
