All of your staff are very kind and helpful.
This company charged my 93 year old father who missed his appt plus late fees. He made this appt himself and forgot. They added all the late fees on there too. Unbelievable they would do this to a Marine vet who served his country. Will never do business with them again. Beware!
Very nice receptionist. The doctor was excellent and explained all of the procedures. She made me at ease. It was a very good experience.
The people are nice. The only real problem was the place seems to be shielded from phone signals.
Visited Complete Hesring & Balance this week in Chehalis, Washington. They did a hearing test and said they will send in an application to get VA to assist with getting me some new and better hearing aids. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend going there if you have hearing problems or need new hearing aids.
