Very poor service - rarely welcoming and generally short with any questions I may have
Terrible experience with this store! I bought headgear for $225.00 and it was way too big. When I brought it back they explicitly told me that i was very lucky they were going to exchange it and only once and proceeded to give me another one size below. The manager, who was very condescending told me that if that one didn't fit too bad. Well, it didn't fit as it flopped all over my head, pressed against my upper lip and below eyes! I had great service, I called with an issue with my machine and they looked after me within the next business day understanding the importance of the breakdown. Very happy with my experience.
This company used to have amazing staff. Now with the changes the only complete thing is they now completely suck.
Very bad service.
