Update- reducing my rating- I had a Sunday appointment for a physical. I showed up and no one was there. Discovered that the practitioner I was scheduled with is apparently no longer at that location and despite advertising being open 7 days a week for urgent care, it was now closed on Sundays (my one day off, which is why I chose this location). No one contacted me, no one recheduled appointment, and worst of all- when I checked in online, I was required to prepay my copay. I realize things happen, but someone could have go... read more

I recently visited Complete Health Partners in Hendersonville, Tennessee as I needed to see a doctor for my severe neck pain. I did not have an appointment; however, they were able to fit me in within 10 minutes of my arrival. My preliminaries were done by McKenna; She had very good bedside manner and was very professional. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Neblett examind me and determined that x-rays were needed. From there, Dr. Neblett was able to diagnose the problem and prescribe the Appropriate medications.
