My experience with Coach Chris has been so helpful. My body and how it processes food and stress in my forties has been nothing short of challenging. After years of trying all the different ways to destress and lose weight where nothing worked, I took a leap of faith and joined Chris. The results, I am eating and enjoying healthier food options, paying attention more to what I eat and how it makes me feel, I’m 14lbs lighter and my body is processing stress better. Be cautious when working with Chris, especially when signing any agreements. He may use contract terms against you to take advantage financially. Avoid making upfront payments—opt for a month-by-month arrangement so you have the flexibility to stop if things don’t work out. Chris insists on a three-month advance payment, and if the service doesn’t meet your expectations after the first month, you won’t be refunded. If you decide to discontinue, he will keep the fees.
