Chris takes a holistic approach to wellness. I started sessions thinking that eating healthy was my main issue but after sticking with the program I have benefited in ways I couldn't imagine. Stress management, clearly defining priorities, recognizing the importance of self-care, and speaking positive affirmations are just some of the ways I have benefited. The program allowed me to explore physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual areas of my life to help me continue to pursue being my best self.
