A friend of mine had serious issues with pain in his eyes.Had an appt and it was confirmed.Went to appt and after supplying all necessary info the receptionist took the papers and after waiting 15 minutes receptionist came back and said she wouldn't see him.Wouldnt talk to him at all.
She made me wait 40 minutes for my first and only appointment to spend just 10 minutes with me. She told me to see other doctors for 2 of my concerns, ignored the rest, and didn't ask one question about my past medical history (I've had cancer and I have cancer genes). She completely ignored my score on the depression screening. She didn't perform a physical exam. I filled out the after visit survey and she called to fuss at me for it. Very dismissive.

Liz is probably the greatest practitioner I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I took my 4 year old daughter here for a broken arm. Long story short, the physician did nothing. The physician did not assess the arm nor wrote a prescription for pain. She wrote a referral to the local imaging center. She received the results the same day but did not call me. I called the next morning for the x ray results and was notified that x ray was performed on the wrong part of her arm. I took her to Duke immediately and within 2 hours my daughter had her x ray, cast and was no longer in pain... What physician allow... read more
