I can't say enough about Bowen and Adele. I have a neck injury from years ago and have lived with the agonising continual pain for over 25 years. Physio, chiro and the likes could never give me relief. I went to Adele and now only need a top up, along with my other aches and pains, this is the best treatment for me. I can't believe how amazing Bowen and Adele are Thank you 🙂

I was referred to Adele at Complete Health Bowen from a friend at the gym due to some on going niggling injuries and a serious hand injury that was hindering my everyday activities.
