Wow!! What a great experience I had with Patience. She was very understanding and easy to talk to, listened to all my concerns and followed up with me after exam. It felt like I was talking to a friend, which is something I have not experienced in a long time. I would recommend her to my family and friends.
Will not be going anywhere else for pc. I am 100% heard, Patience takes her time to listen to my worries and explains everything excellently. Takes time to listen to all my concerns and does not dismiss anything regardless of how insignificant others might think it is. Extremely thorough!
I just have to say I have never met a PCP like her in my life. She is so welcoming and right away you can tell she wants to take care of you and do all she can to figure out what’s going on with you. Most NPs and MDs can make appointments feel rushed and brush your symptoms aside to make them feel small. She did not. She has a calming nature to her and goes in detail with everything. I love that.
