I have been seeing Dr Deep Kumar for almost 9 years and I followed him from my previous medical centre to Complete Health At Crossways. I highly recommend Dr Deep Kumar as he is very thorough and makes you feel confident and always steers you to the right specialists when needed. Olivia the nurse onsight is kind and efficient. As for the ladies on reception desk always kind and easy to deal with. I high recommended this medical centre.
Dr Deep Kumar is an exceptional doctor who truly makes you feel cared for from the moment you walk in. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and has such a calm, reassuring manner that immediately puts you at ease. I always leave feeling confident in the care I’ve received. The customer service at this practice has deteriorated rapidly. My family and I have been patients here for many years. The reception staff are rude, dismissive and disrespectful. I just had a receptionist speak to me in a condescending manner, cut me off saying “ thanks, bye” then hanging up in my ear. When I called back to let her know that wasn’t ok, she said “ I dropped the phone”. It would have been nice for her to take accountability for her poor communication and customer service skills. Very disappoint ing.
Well, sadly l never got to experience this place , as they were fully booked so the 'walk in' was not a thing for me. Staff were very apologetic. Its not their fault our health system is numb.! I tried 2 other medical centres with the same result. Ended up over 2 hours wait at the Urgent Care in Lake haven. A really sad affair, that help and medical attention is so hard to find. But also the staff, so under the hammer. Its not good at all.A horror day for me.
Dr Sandra is always so lovely & kind. Very supportive & thorough.
