I revisited Crossroads Medical Centre Terrigal today for a personal appointment, following the superb care my son received during his visit. The receptionist was extremely friendly, and Dr. Deep Kumar, the doctor I met with, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. I did not feel rushed, and he listened carefully. His thoroughness is impressive. Thank you, Dr. Kumar. My husband will also be seeking your expertise for future medical appointments.

The doctor that I saw was extremely unprofessional, I had multiple referrals to which none of the specialist I was referred to were the correct doctor. For a very expensive service I am extremely unsatisfied. Do not recommend.

First time here today and won’t go back. The GP I chose/booked wasn’t actually there. My appointment was moved by 30 mins without being told and allocated to someone else. Whilst this is a reasonable course of action for a GP who calls in sick, the staff were unfriendly and the GP I ultimately saw was unhelpful. All in all a disappointing, expensive waste of time.
