We were working on opening a gym in Latin America, and thought Austin and his team were the "go to" people. We had meetings with them online, phone calls, initial drawings, and an equipment order. We ended up giving them a significant deposit that we were told was refundable. We had some issues in our building process, and let this company know that we weren't moving forward on our project. Complete Gym Solutions are by far heads and shoulders above the competition. Why ? 1. Communication 2. Equipment knowledge and insight 3. Cost savings 4….. This is major !!!!! If you are considering opening a gym…. CGS was able to layout a floor plan TO SCALE in picture format that included a top down view of all of my equipment to ensure it fit and was positioned correctly. Complete Gym Solutions has been great to work with. This is our second time ordering equipment from them. The equipment we purchased the first time has lasted over 10 years so when it came time to order additional equipment, we went back to Complete Gym Solutions. The equipment is top notch, pricing is fair, and customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Really needed to put a home gym together during covid and Austin and his team at CGS were incredible. They were responsive, had an excellent selection of high quality equipment and exactly what I wanted and everything was delivered timely and in perfect condition. At a time when other gym businesses are always our of stock and/or not responsive, CGS was a life saver! Def recommend.
