Hands down the best Company I've ever worked with..The team from start to finish walked me through everything.They were on time , professional, patient with me and all my questions.They worked in the Freezing cold and wet snowfall without complaint.. could not have asked for a kinder group of people . They installed my generator many years ago (probably near 20). Steve and his team have performed regular service since then. He has been very responsive to any issues that have come up. His grandson AJ recently repaired my generator and I was very impressed. Love to support local family owned/operated small businesses.
Terrible service. The after hours emergency number is not monitored. Petulant and indignant behavior over a failure of installed electronics resulting in a fire risk and untrustworthy gas generator installation safety. Do not use.
Friendly service. They installed a Generac 14kw generator in 2022 and it has been a blessing. I recently (3-2024) called them back to do electrical in my barn and have received fast, friendly service again. Thank You
