We subjected our project to a thorough bidding process. CGC had the best plan, price, and their team was very competent. They delivered a schedule which they completed on time, and did a wonderful job. One of the rare times in my business experience that a contractor actually does what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it. Complete was hired to replace windows and doors in 2- 19 story condos on Marco Island Fl for over 12 million dollars. The contract called for 1 year to complete. Marco Island Permit # COMM-20-06361 shows an issued date of 11/03/20 and a Finalization date of 02/09/24 that is 3 years and 3 months for the contractor to close the permit. This company has been a "complete" disaster, never enough employees, windows are defective the association has had to issue a 558 notice to cure. One of the worst employers I ever worked for. I have nothing good to say about about working there.Only mistakes made by the family or were OK.Anyone else it it was the end of the world!Never been treated worse by any employer.Ever!! Believe the reviews!!
I asked Tyler when door would be in and his reply was : When the door comes in we will install it. Wow. really thanks for that bit of info. Finally comes in months later.... and My $6K door install is ridiculous. Looks like a child installed it. Can totally see gaps all around left side of door. I called to complained and they sent someone out and still didn't fix it. I have to add weather proof now. Lesson learned for me. This is a rental and I am out of state unable to view their work til months later. Won't be using again... read more
One year and still incomplete, Six months for them to come back and finish the bathroom? I hate to complain, now we will be punished, Just complete the project in a timely matter, which you have not done. Would love to get out of a contract.but I guess you can't.
