I’m quite shocked to receive a message like this. I’ve never received any invoice from you for this job — could you please resend it to me by email today? Once I receive it, I’ll arrange payment promptly. Also, please note that removing or threatening to remove an installed hot water system would be considered invade with unauthorised entry and property damage, which is not acceptable. SERVICE IS SUB-PAR. Will NEVER RECOMMEND AND USE HIM AGAIN.
Highly recommend. Todd came up with the right gas hot water solution for our 6 unit apartment block at a vastly better price than competitors. His workmanship is excellent. Very good experience.
